Welcome to the Hot Thai Kitchen Store! Please note that all products sold on our store are digital downloads. That means:
🚚 No Physical Shipping
We do not ship any physical goods. All items purchased are delivered digitally via email and through a download link.
📥 How Delivery Works

After completing your purchase, you will receive 2 emails, one with the confirmation of the order, and another with a link to download the fille. The file will be downloaded to your device, and it will be there for you to access permanently.
⏱ Delivery Time
Most orders are processed and available for download immediately after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive your digital product within 15 minutes please:

Check your spam or promotions folder.

Check all of your email addresses, as the file may have been sent to an email associated with the payment method (i.e. PayPal or Google Pay) rather than your main email.
- If you have clicked the download button but cannot locate the file, use the search function to search for the word "HTK" which will be in the file name. If you need help, contact us at htk@hotthaikitchen.com for assistance.
